From May 14 to 20, JADERALMEIDA made its mark in New York. In an intense week of design, dialogue, and recognition, the brand demonstrated its strength. We were present from our showroom in Tribeca to the halls of the Javits Center for ICFF 2026, as well as taking the stage at the NYCxDesign Awards.

Uma noite de design em Tribeca | A design evening in Tribeca

No dia 14 de maio, a flagship na Hudson Street recebeu profissionais do setor para uma noite de design e descobertas. Assim, marcamos a estreia oficial da marca no circuito da NYCxDesign, o maior festival de design das Américas, em sua 14ª edição.

On May 14, the flagship store on Hudson Street welcomed industry professionals for an evening of design and discovery. This marked the brand’s official debut in the NYCxDesign circuit — the largest design festival in the Americas, now in its 14th edition.

Os convidados tiveram contato em primeira mão com as peças recém-chegadas ao showroom, além de uma troca aberta com o designer Jader Almeida. Não só um evento, este foi um encontro entre Brasil e Nova York. Uma experiência imersiva onde volumes, texturas e acabamentos dialogaram em um ambiente contemplativo e dinâmico. 

Guests had firsthand access to the newly arrived pieces at the showroom, along with an open conversation with designer Jader Almeida. More than an event, this was a meeting point between Brazil and New York — an immersive experience where volumes, textures, and finishes engaged in a contemplative and dynamic environment.

Para a edição de 2026 da ICFF (International Contemporary Furniture Fair, no Javits Center), a JADERALMEIDA selecionou peças que encapsulam a funcionalidade. Assim sendo, a peça central escolhida representou a combinação harmoniosa entre tecnologia e artesanato, presentes em cada produto.

For the 2026 edition of the ICFF (International Contemporary Furniture Fair, at the Javits Center), JADERALMEIDA selected pieces that encapsulate functionality. The centerpiece chosen represented the harmonious blend of technology and craftsmanship present in each product.

No booth 317, a Mesa de Centro ROOTS ocupou o papel de peça central da exposição. Escultural por natureza, a peça reúne em si aquilo que define a linguagem da marca. Acima de tudo, representa uma investigação precisa sobre forma e matéria que transcende a funcionalidade e se transforma em objeto de contemplação.

At booth 317, the ROOTS Coffee Table took center stage in the exhibition. Sculptural by nature, the piece embodies everything that defines the brand’s design language. Above all, it represents a precise investigation into form and matter that transcends functionality and transforms into an object of contemplation.

Premiação no NYCxDesign Award 2026 | NYCxDesign Award 2026

No dia 18 de maio, mais de 400 arquitetos e designers se reuniram em Manhattan para a 11ª edição do NYCxDesign Awards. O evento foi realizado no Lavan Midtown e apresentado pela editora-chefe da Interior Design, Cindy Allen.

On May 18, more than 400 architects and designers gathered in Manhattan for the 11th edition of the NYCxDesign Awards. The event was held at Lavan Midtown and hosted by Interior Design Editor-in-Chief Cindy Allen.

Entre os vencedores da noite, a Mesa de Jantar BALLET recebeu o prêmio na categoria Produto, a fim de ser reconhecida pela maestria no diálogo entre mármore, latão e madeira que define a peça.

Among the evening’s winners, the BALLET Dining Table received the award in the Product category, recognized for the masterful dialogue between marble, brass, and wood that defines the piece.

A BALLET é uma expressão do que a JADERALMEIDA faz de melhor. Dessa forma, o tampo alongado com bordas suavemente curvadas em mármore refinado, os recortes geométricos detalhados com filetes em latão e os pés assimétricos que criam uma configuração ao mesmo tempo instigante e harmônica.

The BALLET is an expression of what JADERALMEIDA does best — an elongated top with gently curved edges in refined marble, geometric cutouts detailed with brass inlays, and asymmetrical legs that create a configuration at once intriguing and harmonious.

The next chapter is already taking shape: the brand will soon open its second flagship in the United States, in Bethesda, Maryland, near Washington D.C. — further expanding its physical presence and direct engagement with the professionals and enthusiasts who seek, in the pieces they choose, a lasting relationship between matter and meaning.
